We interview first year law students starting December 1 for our Summer Associate Program and conduct on-campus interviews and in-office interviews with candidates selected from resumes sent directly to our office.

Our 12-week summer program begins the third week of May and runs through the second week of August. We feel that our summer program allows us to evaluate our summer associates on their own merits against the standards we set for ourselves. Conversely, by giving our summer associates a taste of associate life, we feel that they are able to make an informed career decision as to whether or not we are a good fit for them.
