Shaun is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Financial Services Industry Group where he primarily focuses on securities and financing transactions. Shaun has experience in helping privately held companies with private placements in addition to working on multiple public securities offerings. In addition, Shaun has experience with business planning and entity formation, buying and selling privately held companies and mergers and acquisitions.
Shaun has a background in corporate finance gained while attaining a M.B.A. in Corporate Financial Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2005. He served as a Summer Associate at Graydon Head in 2004 & 2005. Prior to doing work at Graydon Head, Shaun was an intern with the national campaign headquarters of a presidential campaign.
In 2009, Shaun was selected as a "Rising Star" by Ohio Super Lawyer magazine for his work in Securities & Corporate Finance Law.
Shaun is a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. There he was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity, Sports and Entertainment Law Association, and served as managing editor on the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Economics and Psychology in 2002. Shaun is a resident of Mason and active in the West Chester and Mason communities.
