Lee’s practice focuses largely on labor, employment, and healthcare law. A significant part of his practice is dedicated to counseling large, medium and small companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, and education industries to resolve labor and employment issues. In that capacity, Lee is most proud of the hands-on work he did with a large healthcare client to stabilize its relationship with its labor unions. Lee has significant experience representing employers in matters before administrative agencies including the EEOC, OCRC and NLRB, as well as handling arbitrations, mediations, labor negotiations and litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Lee enjoys providing top-notch client service and, over the years, has developed personal and professional relationships with clients allowing him to better understand and address their needs. He describes his client service philosophy as, “Helping clients achieve their goals; working closely with clients to resolve their issues; getting to know and understand the clients’ business and processes; and, when working with healthcare clients, have a ‘patient first’ mindset.”
Lee is currently a member of the West Chester Chamber Alliance's 2008 Leadership 21 Class. He and his family are residents of West Chester and are involved in their church, St. Maximillian Kolbe parish. He is also an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.
