Biography

Tina practices in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Client Service Department.  Her practice focuses on contract and business disputes, intellectual property, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.  She is also an adjunct professor at Xavier University teaching Business Law and Ethics to graduate and undergraduate students.  Tina was recently recognized as a "Rising Star" by the YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement.  Tina is also a member of the Firm's Women's Professional Development Group.


Prior to joining GH&R, Tina was in-house counsel for an international software company focusing on licensing agreements, employment-related issues, and copyright litigation matters. Prior to that she was a litigator in Alabama.

Tina earned her law degree in 2001, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law where she was President of the Student Bar Association and won numerous trial and moot court competitions including the Judge Haley Federal Trial Competition and the Justice Shores Moot Court Competition.  Tina was the Articles Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and named Outstanding Committee Chairperson on the Journal.  Tina earned her B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 1992.
