Biography

Robin practices in the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Client Service Department.  She has gained experience defending and pursing a variety of complex commercial litigation disputes including contractual disputes, product liability claims, employment claims and probate disputes.  Robin has had active involvement in nearly every facet of case development and strategic decision-making, including developing and responding to written discovery requests, preparing witnesses for and defending depositions, and taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses.  She has borne primary responsibility for the management of many cases and has worked extensively with clients and other attorneys to achieve successful resolutions in a variety of litigation matters, both large and small.

Robin has tried cases to judges and juries in both federal and state trial courts.  She also has successfully briefed, argued and won numerous appeals before the Ohio Courts of Appeals, including an appeal in the Supreme Court of Ohio.

In 2006 and 2007, Robin was designated a "Rising Star" in Ohio Super Lawyers.  Most recently, Robin was recognized as one of the Dayton area’s business and community leaders by receiving the Dayton Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Award in 2008.  She is also a member of the Firm’s Women's Professional Development Group.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her children, Lauren and Brady.
